The list of any external data controllers may be requested by sending a simple written request to the Owner at the addresses indicated above.


2. Purpose of the processing

The personal data of the users of the Site will be used by the Owner for the purpose of providing the services provided therein, to respond to the user's requests through customer service and to personalize and continually improve the user's use of the Site.


3. Types of data subject to processing

The personal data that will be collected and processed by the Data Controller are those relating to the information provided by the user via the email address and the forms on the Site, as well as navigation data, including c.d. technical cookies, etc.


Data provided voluntarily

The data that the user provides optionally and freely by sending an email to the address indicated on the Site and by filling in the forms will be acquired by the Data Controller.

5. Duration of storage of the user's personal data

Except in cases where the user specifically requests the deletion of his/her data from the database of this site, all data relating to the individual user and his/her purchases are stored on this site for a period of 26 months from the last purchase made.

This data retention period corresponds to the validity period of the "Legal Guarantee of Conformity" provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.), this Guarantee protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which function poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or for which that good is generally intended.

The deletion of data from this site does not imply the elimination of any fiscal documents issued (invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.) which will be retained in accordance with the provisions of the Civil and Fiscal regulations in force, or for 10 years from the date of issue.

8. Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, the interested party is recognized with the following rights that he/she may exercise against the Data Controller:

to) right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and the information provided for by art. 15 of the GDPR and in particular to that relating to the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the retention period, etc.;

b) right to obtain, where inaccurate, the rectification of personal data concerning you, as well as the integration of the same where deemed incomplete always in relation to the purposes of the processing (art. 16);

c) right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), where one of the circumstances set out in Article 17 applies;

d) right to limit processing, in the cases provided for by art. 18;

And) right to data portability pursuant to art. 20;

f) right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21;

g) right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal, only for the purposes whose legal basis is consent (art. 7).
