Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is LIVERANI GROUP S.r.l.  with registered office in Corso Piave, 176/D - 12051 - Alba (CN), Tel. 0173 280403, Commercial mail@condizionati.com – condizionatisas@pec.it, also referred to as the “Owner”. The list of any external data controllers may be requested by sending a simple written request to the Owner at the addresses indicated above.

2. Purpose of the processing

The personal data of the users of the Site will be used by the Owner for the purpose of providing the services provided therein, to respond to the user's requests through customer service and to personalize and continually improve the user's use of the Site.

3. Types of data subject to processing

The personal data that will be collected and processed by the Data Controller are those relating to the information provided by the user via the email address and the forms on the Site, as well as navigation data, including c.d. technical cookies, etc.

Data provided voluntarily

The data that the user provides optionally and freely by sending an email to the address indicated on the Site and by filling in the forms will be acquired by the Data Controller.

With regard to e-mail messages, the Data Controller will proceed with the collection of personal data spontaneously transmitted by the user, including his/her e-mail address, taking care of its subsequent conservation and archiving for purely statistical purposes and for further purposes in accordance with the interactions expressed by the user.

With reference to the messages sent to the various sections, the Data Controller will collect and store the data received, including the email address, for the time necessary to verify and evaluate the information you spontaneously provide, for the purposes of exchanging information or contacts.

Browsing data

The telematic and information systems used to operate the Site automatically acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data relating to the user's navigation. The Site collects some personal data relating to the user's navigation, by way of example and not limited to: the IP address, the number of accesses, the duration of navigation, the browser used, the pages viewed, the date and time of access. The navigation data are collected exclusively for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning.

Browsing data are in no case used for marketing purposes, to define the profiles or personality of the interested party, to send advertising material, to carry out market research or commercial communication.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are installed by a website on the temporary memory of the user's browser (and therefore on the device from which the user connects to this site, by way of example and not limited to: PC, tablet, mobile phone, smartwatch, etc.) and that record some information relating to the user's browsing activity; such data, if the cookies are not disabled, are communicated to the site that installed them every time the user returns to visit them. Cookies therefore allow (temporarily) to record some information relating to the user's preferences, and allow the user to navigate more easily and to use and make the site more effective.

No “Cookies” are used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are any other types of cookies used. c.d. Persistent “cookies” of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of c.d. Session “cookies” (which are not stored persistently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.

4. Methods of processing and scope of dissemination of personal data

The personal data held for the purposes indicated above are processed by the Data Controller, in a lawful and correct manner, through the prevalent use of automated or semi-automated tools. Such data will not be disseminated or communicated in any way to external parties, without prejudice to the obligations provided for in this sense by law.

Unless otherwise specified in relation to the individual purposes of the processing as specified above, the personal data collected may be communicated to, or in any case become known to, subjects in charge and/or responsible (including external) of the processing in relation to the skills and functions of each, in order to satisfy the aforementioned purposes or to implement specific regulatory and/or contractual obligations. The personal data processed by the Data Controller are not generally communicated to other subjects, except in the event that this should be necessary in compliance with regulatory or contractual provisions or to fulfill specific obligations.

5. Duration of storage of the user's personal data

Except in cases where the user specifically requests the deletion of his/her data from the database of this site, all data relating to the individual user and his/her purchases are stored on this site for a period of 26 months from the last purchase made.

This data retention period corresponds to the validity period of the "Legal Guarantee of Conformity" provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.), this Guarantee protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which function poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or for which that good is generally intended.

The deletion of data from this site does not imply the elimination of any fiscal documents issued (invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.) which will be retained in accordance with the provisions of the Civil and Fiscal regulations in force, or for 10 years from the date of issue.

6. Optional nature of data provision and consequences of any refusal by the user

Except in cases where the acquisition of data occurs automatically (as a result of the simple navigation on the site by the user (navigation data and technical cookies) - or where the provision of data is necessary for the purposes of using the services requested by the user, the provision of any other personal data is entirely optional.

Failure to provide optional data does not entail any detrimental consequences for the user. Failure to provide necessary data may instead make it impossible to use the services for which the provision of such data is necessary.

7. Data transfer

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries, within the scope of the purposes indicated above. In such cases, the data is transferred with adequate guarantees and always in compliance with the security of the same. The data provided by the user are stored on servers equipped with all the most modern protection and security systems, located within the EU. Specifically, data are stored on a Hetzner Online GmbH server to which we refer to obtain detailed information regarding the Privacy Policy and the security technologies used.

8. Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, the interested party is recognized with the following rights that he/she may exercise against the Data Controller:

to) right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and the information provided for by art. 15 of the GDPR and in particular to that relating to the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data in question, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the retention period, etc.;

b) right to obtain, where inaccurate, the rectification of personal data concerning you, as well as the integration of the same where deemed incomplete always in relation to the purposes of the processing (art. 16);

c) right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”), where one of the circumstances set out in Article 17 applies;

d) right to limit processing, in the cases provided for by art. 18;

And) right to data portability pursuant to art. 20;

f) right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21;

g) right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal, only for the purposes whose legal basis is consent (art. 7).

The Data Controller undertakes to satisfy the user's requests for data deletion within a reasonable time.
Before the final cancellation, the applicant will be notified by email of the start of the cancellation procedure. From that moment on, the Owner will not be able to send further communications to the user, as their data - and in particular the applicant's email - are definitively and irretrievably deleted from the database of this site.

Finally, we remind you of the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or other supervisory authority pursuant to art. 13, par. 2, letter d) of the GDPR.
