Payments
BANK TRANSFER
Payment by Advance Bank Transfer
After confirming your order with this payment option, you will receive an email with instructions and bank details.
The goods are prepared and shipped only after the payment has been credited to our current account.
BANK TRANSFER FOR TAX DEDUCTIONS
Payment with speaking bank transfer for tax deductions After completing the order, our administration sends an email with the courtesy invoice and the bank details.
The goods are prepared and shipped only after the payment has been credited to our current account.
Please remember that a transfer for deductions takes at least one more day to be credited.
PAYPAL
Payment with Paypal and PayPal Later
Payment is made before order confirmation, via a PayPal account.
In the cart there is also the Paypal installment system, which allows you to pay an amount between €30 and €2000 in 3 installments, at a 0% interest rate.
Payment by Credit Card
For greater security and to minimize fraud, all card payments are 3D secure.
3D Secure (3DS) technology adds an extra level of security to online shopping.
With 3DS you enable 2-step authentication for every online purchase: this way no payment will be approved unless it is directly authorized by you.
Payment by Cash on Delivery - Cash
( only for amounts LESS THAN 1,970 Euros ):
Service operational only for Italian territory.
For cash on delivery, a fixed 5 Euro will be charged as a Cash on Delivery Fee due to the courier who will make the delivery, in addition to a percentage of the order amount.
The site calculates each contribution for the service directly in the cart before confirming, but never more than €35.00.
Payment must be made in cash only.
The amount must be handed over directly to the courier upon receipt of the order.
Shipping
DELIVERY AREA LIMITATIONS
Following a change in the conditions of service intended for us, shipments to some locations are currently not possible, below is a summary list of the areas affected by this restriction: Neapolitan Islands (Ischia, Anacapri, Capri and Procida) Island of Ponza, Island and archipelago of La Maddalena, Aeolian Islands, Island of Lampedusa, and Island of Linosa.
We will work to reactivate the service, but at the moment we cannot follow up on orders in these areas.
Shipments are generally entrusted to BRT - BARTOLINI ( www.bartolini.it ) and TNT ( www.tnt.it )
GENERAL RULES ON SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Cancellation of the order is possible up until the moment of processing of the order which occurs with the shipment of the product, after shipment the customer will be charged the costs of storage and redelivery to our warehouses.
Shipping costs are free for the Italian territory, with the exception of some areas, where an additional service may be required (historical centers, pedestrian areas)
Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the order total shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
No responsibility can be attributed to storetaps.it - Liverani Group Srl in case of delay in processing the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods.
AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Delivery of the ordered items is intended to be at street level - Street Front .
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the recipient of the goods is required to check :
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document or the courier's waybill;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
It is up to the user to check the conditions of the Product that was delivered to him/that he collected.
In case of damage:
REJECT THE GOODS, REPORTING TO THE COURIER: Refused due to damaged goods
SEND A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE to customer service, specifying the damage found
Please wait for instructions from our team for the subsequent return of the material.
Unfortunately, the RESERVE OF CONTROL alone does not guarantee the replacement of the material, as some unprofessional drivers tend not to report your report to the courier, making the insurance coverage useless; which makes the procedure for replacing a product very complex.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported no later than 3 calendar days after delivery.
A damaged product must not be installed or used unless authorized by Customer Service, and the box and accessories must be kept for a period of not less than 15 days.
In the event of failure to collect the material stored in the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of storetaps.it - Liverani Group Srl
